Section 73
Provision of labor desk
: (1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a labor desk at the international airport and at other places as required to check whether the workers who are going to go for foreign employment are going to go in accordance with this Act.
(2) The labor desk according to sub-section (1) will check whether the worker has the required documents including labor permit, orientation certificate, payment receipt or voucher.
(3) The labor desk as per sub-section (1) shall send a report to the Ministry every week with the records of the workers who have gone to foreign employment.
